![]() If you want a file deleted from all of your synced computers, you will manually have to delete it both from the computer(s) and the repository folder. For example: If you have a file named “Amazing Grace” on this computer and one named the same in the repository, the one on this computer will be replaced with the one in the repository. It will only replace presentations or media files that are named the same thing on this computer with the files coming down from the repository. Note: “Replace My Files” WILL NOT DELETE any presentations or media files on your computer or from the repository. On this computer, click the + icon to choose the repository you have just synced up to on the other computer, select the options you want to sync, click “Sync Down From Repository”, and if you want files on this computer to be replaced by the files on the other computer, check the box for “Replace My Files”. Once the sync, finishes, move to the computer you are wanting to sync with and open the Sync tab of ProPresenter Preferences there. Once you have completed these steps, click “Sync”. For this first sync, “Replace My Files” can be unchecked. Finally, make sure that “Sync up to repository” is selected. Then, select the options that you want to sync up to the repository by checking the box next to them. In the sync tab of ProPresenter preferences, click the + icon and select the folder you have just created to serve as your repository. Should this sync work as expected, you will need to make adjustments to your cloud service sync. Finally, make sure that Sync up to repository is selected. Should you see any error in syncing, adjust your repository to be on the Desktop and Sync. In the sync tab of ProPresenter preferences, click the + icon and select the folder you have just created to serve as your repository. Our Support team is unable to provide support for these services, but can assist with the ProPresenter side of Syncing. DropBox, Google Drive, OneDrive cloud services may work, but there may be settings in these apps that prevent this from working properly.
